Back in Paris

We arrived back in Paris in the evening and took a taxi from the railway to our apartment in the St Germain area. Getting a taxi at a Paris railway station is an interesting experience and perhaps they should regulate them more, but that is another story.

Anyway we got to our apartment and it hadn't been made up and cleaned from the previous visitors. The guy who owned it was most apologetic. Anyway we left our bags and went for a walk around the area. I think we had a drink or a coffee to fill in time then came back to the apartment and settled in.

We went to dinner at a nice bistro around the corner and had a post dinner walk around the area and then had an early night.
