We left the Mulberry Inn behind in Wales and traveled to Chester where we began by taking a walk around the old city wall. We viewed the old Roman amphitheatre and the East Gate Clock reputedly the 2nd most photographed clock in the UK, only surpassed by Big Ben. We then visited the Chester Cathedral, before taking a break for lunch and getting back on the bus to head towards York.
On our way we stopped in Haworth and visited the Bronte Parsonage which is next to the church where the Bronte sister's father was the minister. We visited the parsonage which is a museum to the Bronte's and there headed to York where had a brief wander around before heading out to dinner.
